He can challenge the results in court but once that is done no, he can't try to engineer a time out with political pressure and phony electors. When the law says its time to certify your ability to call time out is over.He can call for it. Calling for a time out is not illegal.
Thats what he was trying to do in that phone call.He can challenge the results in court but once that is done no,
Who are they supposed to believe, proven liars? You don’t have to believe anything, just 12 jurors.
What? That’s fact.Says who?
Name a lie
The phone call isn't a court of law. What he was trying to do was exert political pressure over what was at that point, a legal obligation to certify. Trying to compel someone to abandon their legal obligation is a crime. Impersonating legal representatives so they can decide the election in your favor is a crime. These aren't hard connections to make guys.Thats what he was trying to do in that phone call.
Liberal legal scholar Jonathan Turley says that's not true. What are your legal credentials compared to Mr. Turley? The phone call isn't a court of law. Oddly he wanted to “find” the exact number of votes that would give him a win…He didnt believe it. He wanted investigations. He wanted a pause to look for the votes.
He never said "create" more votes. He said "find".
Over and over again you guys do this. You try to make anything he says into some crazy thing. You know, like when he told them to "let their voices be heard PEACEFULLY", but then you impeached him for inciting a riot.
Politics has always been dirty, but there are limits. You crossed those limits continuously and normal people see it.

No, you have every right to contest elections. That isnt illegal. The phone call isn't a court of law. What you are engaging in is appeals to authority, not my argument. I don't think Turley is a moron but I understand he gets paid a lot of money to tell Republican voters exactly what they want to hear.Liberal legal scholar Jonathan Turley says that's not true. What are your legal credentials compared to Mr. Turley?
Thats all he needed them to find. Why would he need them to find more?Oddly he wanted to “find” the exact number of votes that would give him a win…
Pretending reality isn't what it is is what's got Trump and these Republicans catching charges. No, you have every right to contest elections. That isnt illegal.
Listen to the whole phone call.
He is a long time legal expert for Congress, in which has been called in for BOTH parties on many occasions. He is smart as shit and very careful with his words. He does not present his arguments in biased ways.Turley is a republican and a talking head on Fox News.
No, he is being charged because dems hate him and they are terrified that he will beat Biden, which they should be terrified of because, he probably is going to beat Biden this time. There are people within the FBI and DOJ who will be going to prison if he wins, so a lot of powerful people have a stake in this, but everything has lined up in Trumps favor this time around.Pretending reality isn't what it is is what's got Trump and these Republicans catching charges.
Turley's interpretation.Well what do you know? Raffensperger said Trump didn't do anything wrong when asking him to find votes and that he wasn't implying to overturn the election. This case is going down like the Titanic.

Georgia Sec. of State's Testimony Blows Up Fani Willis' Case
Former President Donald Trump did not ask Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to engage in any illegal conduct during the 2020 election, according to his testimony.
