That is current law. This changes that law but leaves it still in tact for undeniable asylum claims

The bill has money in it to build detention facilities. NOT hotels. Although apparently You want them sleeping on broken glass .

And no… the bill does not release them into the country after 90 days. It stipulates that any asylum applicants who do not meet the threshold for a Court hearing (most of them) have to be RETURNED TO MEXICO within 90 days
