Yuriy Yevich who is going on trial for "discrediting the Moscow army". Pretty sure he was part of the "Angry Patriots Club" created by Girkin. The latter points out that if the sentencing is rooted in law, who can explain the legal status of the SMO and the PMCs? Regardless, it's always fun watching rats eating each other.

The law is equal for all in Russia. One may be pro-Putin, anti-Putin, ultra-patriot, or ultra-liberal - it doesn't matter. If he committed a crime - he will be punished.
And yes, some "ultra-patriotic" ideas (like "Let's nuke Washington right now, without any preparation") may be more dangerous, that ideas of liberals and cowards. The boards are open, if you don't want to fight you can easily leave the country. But unprepared and unauthorised nuclear attack may cause catastrophic consequences. Something like in "Doctor Strangelove" movie.
