What day did Donald Trump offer 10,000 troops, to Nancy, and was the Capitol Police and sergeant of Arms told that Trump wanted or ordered 10,000 national guard troops?

What day were the emails from Pelosi's staffers?

Did Trump offer the troops before or after these emails?
