Good, the H1-B visa program has been bastardized by allowing companies to hire from abroad for positions paying more than (I think) ~60K a year, regardless if those skills are available here. Tech firms are importing people from abroad and booting experienced Americans from their jobs, which was not the purpose of this program.

Now if this is done away with permanently via legislation I'll be impressed. I doubt corporate America will allow that, but it's a step in the right direction....
