This is really pathetic. The couple had been married so long and had several children. What difference could it make now if the same woman breast fed both of them as babies. If there are wet nurses throughout the Muslim world, is every married couple going to be checked to set if they had the same wet nurse? Meanwhile, it is OK for Muslims to marry their own cousins even though this results in many of their children having mental and physical disabilities.

MoreA court in Al-Rass near Madinah has issued a verdict separating a couple after finding out that they had been breastfed by the same woman, local reports say.

The separation order comes 25 years after the couple were married and blessed with seven children

This goes back to tribal living, where everyone is related in some way to everyone else. Where tents are often shared with perhaps just a curtain between them.

People don't grow up together like that anymore. Some women are even hired as wet nurses and go from family to family with them not even being aware of each other.
Most the verse would apply to children of the wet nurse and children she suckles not her child. They would for around a year be together in many cases.

Now you can buy milk and have it delivered (fresh or frozen) and never meet the donor.
How would the quran decide that?

All you are basically doing is proving to us that there is no such thing as a "moderate Muslim", as you said Islam is an absolute religion, you are either a Muslim or not and that means you have to follow ALL it's barbaric laws, including medieval Shariah law.

Islam itself is a diluted religion created by an illiterate Arabian desert criminal thug named Mohammad who hijacked two major faiths of Judaism and Christianity and mixed it with the moon god religion of his own tribe.

In other words Islam's core teachings are totally false and wrong. It is a house of cards that is built on lies, the first and biggest lie being that Muslims believe that Abraham sacrificed Ishmael.
