Why cannot you simply state the facts? Blacks tend to be less wealthy than other racial or demographic groups. Period.
Guess what? Caucasians of Appalachian descent tend to be less wealthy than other racial or demographic groups. Guess what? People of South East Asian descent tend to be less wealthy than other racial or demographic groups. Guess what? People of Latino descent tend to be less wealthy than other racial or demographic groups.
Do you see where we are going here?
One can carve up groups of people into sub groups and create statistics that favor a certain political agenda.
Watch this...Suburban dwelling blacks tend to be more wealthy than their urban dwelling counterparts. Rural black tend to be less wealthy than urban dwelling blacks.
Now looking at this fine point, is this a problem? Or is it simply a condition of environment and access to certain things that permit prosperity?
Look, things are what they are. There is not always a person or people who are victims. Not are there always people looking to victimize others.
