16,000 gun deaths a year are suicides... I think that's a reasonable precaution.

In earlier versions of that story, you said that she pled no contest to the charges, and your lawyer screwed up and didn't get the charge expunged.

Given the kind of things I've heard you say about your tenants, I kind of have my doubts.
