I wouldn't put it past them. I'm serious. We need some geek to find the archive of the old page and compare it to what's going to go up in its place. I've searched that page OFTEN and have never seen it taken down. It discusses the CA initiative system and how its requirements say that the legislature cannot make such large unilateral moves that affect the entire state with brand new policy.

Making the entire state (and the fiscal punishments to come) a "federally defiant state in whole" takes an initiative to make into law. (the proximate and direct permission of the voters) Any action the legislature takes there will not be legally binding at all. And in fact, given the page is down and being redacted?....would actually amount to treason.

Oh , well yeah the POT will do a great job on keeping you floating, but Pot is not going to save Cali. Take into consideration all the non American people flooding that state, take into consideration CALI is already broke economically, take into consideration their biggest income source is " Hollywood Movies" , and some what technology headquarters like Google, Apple, etc. If people don't have jobs people can't buy anything.

If people are coming into your state and you the tax payer have to pay for these jackasses and their health care, housing, and food ( taxes) how far do you thing that POT profit is going to go.

It is a billion dollar industry I know but Ca. is too far gone and to low on the totem pole to come out ahead if they open the flood gates for these immigrants. Now maybe just maybe if they didn't do that gate opening they might pull out of it all. Their other failure will be if they separate from the US that will def. tank the state.
