And? Again, all we're doing is discussing why I'm right.

A candidate who drops out can commit their delegates to a candidate that didn't. Cruz dropped out and committed his delegates to Trump. Haley dropped out and committed her delegates to Trump. Biden dropped out and committed his delegates to Harris.

Your insistence that this can't be done if a candidate who drops out won 'too many' delegates is pseudo-legal gibberish. There's no such requirement. You made it up.

Remember, Biden is not the Democratic nominee for President in 2024. He never has been. Not a single delegate has voted yet.
Remember no one in the lead ever dropped and gave delegates to someone who had zero. Your dance is amusing.

It doesn't matter who is in the lead before the delegates vote. It matters who is a candidate when the delegates actually votes at the convention.

And Biden dropped out. Biden committed his delegates to a someone else. Just as has been done in every convention by candidates who drop out. GOP or Democrat.

Your 'requirement' that since Biden was in the lead, he can neither drop out nor commit his delegates to anyone else is pseudo-legal gibberish. He can do both. And has. Just like candidates in every primary have before him.

The delegates in question were required to vote for Joe Biden, at least on the first ballot. THE DO NOT HAVE THE DISCRETION TO CHANGE THAT VOTE according to their own political preferences. Such a more DISENFRANCHISES the primary voters.

Had Biden been honest and made this choice before the start of the primaries, several other candidates would have put their names in contention, virtually all of whom would have been better qualified than KH, and most would have garnered more support among Democrat primary voters.

What Democrat "leadership" is doing now is truly a "threat to democracy" and unethical as hell. I hope Democrat primary voters are suitably pissed off and vote accordingly in the future.

It doesn’t matter what the actual voters wanted? Hahahhahahahahahahhahahaha

He was in the lead. Kamala had zero. You equated it to Rubio and Cruz.

The desperation dance is awesome.

How is he a misogynist? Give me one example.
These accusations have been around for years. Stop being so lazy. The guy is a piece of human excrement.

None of that is misogynistic. He treats women as equals.

Thats not how it works. They go to the convention and vote for the candidate. Its not a direct democracy election.

They've already promised their votes to Joe. Before Joe can step down and another take his place, all the delegates must agree to it. Meanwhile, the 14 million people who chose those delegates go disenfranchised because THEY wanted/intended Joe to be picked!

Joe IS the presumptive DNC nominee.

Had Joe not intended to run for office, he had no business RUNNING for reelection telling everyone he was in like Flint good to go to the finish line all these past months.

Just another fraud perpetrated upon our democracy trashing our elections.

Again, bullshit. Biden can release his delegates just like Haley did hers.

Or the DNC can change their delegate selection rules at any time to accommodate the circumstances of Biden's dropping out.

Speculation layer cake. That assumes that Biden intended to drop out before primary voting. And all indications are that he not.

You're citing your imagination. Not Biden or anyone close to him.

You morons constantly point out its a republic NOT a democracy. We elected electors who will be voting. Are you really that stupid?
Facts are irrelevant.

The right has not cared if their criticisms have been true for years. They are certainly not going to start caring about reality now.
