California state getting rid of background questions on applications

they're trying to sell it like there isn't going to be any background checks but anyone with an IQ over 12 will know the state has access to everything.

although our background system needs reform, i see this as a ploy to expand Affirmative Action.
now, not only do "minorities" have priority over (non-Socialist connected) Americans, but "minorities" with criminal conviction will too.

what was it? over half of black males in Detroit have a conviction.
the California socialists are going to do what they do best, ignore the problem and give the favored people a free pass.

as a matter of fact this is, probably, not a bad idea.

With the insane legal system in the US when any minor offense can be mandatory sentencing and the abundance of arrests for NOTHING ( and there are questions on applications not only of convictions, but just arrests, even if charges were dropped) - for a lot of people this might be giving them a second chance and for innocents not to be punished.
