Since the Monroe Doctrine does not say that it can be repealed or revised, any subsequent doctrine can only supplement the Monroe Doctrine as the main US doctrine, but no contradictions with the Monroe Doctrine are allowed.

Not contradict since it is connected to national security. The Monroe Doctrine keeps this nation safe by keeping our neighbors safe.

This is incorrect information. The Monroe Doctrine asserts that any intervention by Eurocentrists in the affairs of any nation that has proclaimed its sovereignty and self-determination is considered by the United States as an act of aggression against the United States itself.
