Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon is recently mentioned by some as a potential Democratic candidate for president in 2016. He is a moderate Democrat who has appeal in a conservative-leaning state and could appeal to Republican voters and some disillusioned Independents. But since the August 2014 Ferguson, Missouri unrest due to the killing of a 18-year old black teen, some pundits say now that his 2016 ambitions-even if he runs for Senate against Sen. Roy Blunt are over. Your thoughts?

Well let's see....he fucked up stopping the looting and riots for 2 weeks......of course liberals love him.

Had he handled this crisis well, he could have ridden the swell into the primaries.

But he didn't...and IMO his political career is likely over.
