I agree, I've had friends who were Gay who had similar experiences to what you described. Who knows why.
I agree too.
My first year at college I ended up living with people who were studying education, and one other guy who was a few years older than me. Without him I'd have been very, very lonely and might not have made it through university.
He didn't have girlfriends, except one Taiwanese girl and knowing what I know now, god knows what they got up to that day in his room.
But he found himself a person to be with. It was obvious he wasn't going to get himself a girlfriend.
He's not the only one. I've lived with other people who hadn't found themselves at that point, and another who was bi-sexual and afraid of telling his "friends" (because they were, quite frankly, dicks) but he told us while drunk, then got angry about it, then realized none of us cared. He was still the same person before as after. A dirty, lazy guy who could have been so much more and smoked pot.
