Here is a chart that shows most of them.... And not a single change was approved by Congress.

How can Democrats support this?

Because it's all about power, namely theirs. They're fine with non constitutional exercise of power. As long as they are the ones doing it. Because it isn't about integrity, fairness, or rule of law. It's all about more power for Dems. And for the HNIC.

Can you count the number of changes made to Medicare or any law for that matter?

Of course they weren't approved. Why do that? That would be following the constitution they are working so hard to destroy

I'm curious, do you think Social Security and Medicare came into existence without any problems? Both of these programs are still being refined and tweaked today.
Now, as to the number of changes, which is more important: To get the program up and running successfully OR the number of changes. When you get upset about the number of changes you are looking at a grain of sand and ignoring the mountain right next to it.
And one final thought for the dead head wingnuts: IF Obama were violating the Constitution, as so many of you scream, wouldn't the republican house be on him like a duck on a junebug. I see a lot of crying and wringing of hands but I do not see any legislative action to stop or curtail what Obama is doing.

Actually, they're delays in administration, which isn't unconstitutional, hater dupes...caused by compter issues and insurer/Pub noncooperation...by November Pubs are going to look awfully bad...

He's just doing what Congress was expected to do. The bill wasn't perfect. They were supposed to improve it, not vote forty times to repeal it.

Nothng in the Constitution allows him to make unilateral changes to black letter law. Period.

Impeach him

And why won't that happen? Because Democrats won't allow it. Ergo Democrats are undermining the Constitution.

Democrats are undermining the Constitution by having a democratically elected majority in the Senate allowing them to fend off any attempts at impeachment by Republicans

:cuckoo:

Not that any sober-minded Republicans in the Senate are even talking about impeachment.

Well Boop ... It ain't a "Bill" ... It is a "Law" as Rabbi has already corrected you.

For instance ... The Law as written and passed by Congress states the provisions "Shall" be enacted by January 2014.
That means it was intended to happen that way and there is no "May" to it ... And that is what Congress required and the President agreed to in signing the legislation.

For President Obama to decide he screwed up and the Law he signed into existence is a bunch of junk ... Doesn't mean he has the power to change it.

No, idiot. As usual you get it wrong. Dems are undermining the Constitution by allowing Obama singlehandedly to rewrite black letter law they passed. If Dems were truly interested in rule of law they would be pushing loudest for impeachment. Like Republicans did with Nixon.

They dont care. It's all about their side winning. Libs have reduced politics to the level of sports teams. Maybe less.
