Fast Facts
Not so fast, government whores! Transgender women are not promiscuous gay men or heavy intravenous drug users. Gay men are not even that promiscuous. They simply do not exist in sufficient numbers in any one community to account for their alleged promiscuity, which by definition must occur among themselves. On the other hand, all too many ladies are doing all too well, and the gentlemen who patronize them are, err, "straight" if you can stand to call that sort of business "straight."
(CNN) -- Officials at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the very agency tasked with saving and protecting the lives of the most vulnerable, are now under order by the Trump administration to stop using words including "vulnerable" in 2018 budget documents, according to The Washington Post. ... On the list: "diversity," "fetus," "transgender," "vulnerable," "entitlement," "science-based" and "evidence-based."
We need our guns! Armed people are not "vulnerable." Stop patronizing us. "Science-based? Evidence-based?" If you even have to say that, you are grabbing at straws in a vain attempt to convince us you are not lying through your teeth.Transgender People | Gender | HIV by Group | HIV/AIDS | CDC

The Numbers
So by these official numbers, about 0.24% of "transgender people" have been diagnosed with HIV. That doesn't sound like any more than the general population, and certainly not enough to lose any sleep over.- In the United States, it is estimated that almost 1 million adults identify as transgender.
- From 2009 to 2014, 2,351 transgender people were diagnosed with HIV in the United States.
