I commend the place for what their intention is for having such an option become available, but at the end of the day, I really don't know how good of an idea it really is. I wouldn't be surprised if someone were to eventually vandalize or even tamper with that phone just to make those who actually use it grow even more grief stricken.

P.S. Sadly, there are too many demon-possessed people out there who would only use this situation as their way of pulling a practical joke on someone who most definitely would not deserve such cruelty.
