Child Expelled From School After Making a Kill List Returns to School a Year Later

What you say here is what makes me wonder what the intention truly is where the authority people are concerned. They had to have known that this is the response that they would get for allowing the kid to be around those who already know him and may even be the ones who are on his list as well which leads me to this question. If a blood bath is what they are wanting, whose blood are they hoping for, his when someone takes him out first or the blood of his intended targets?

^^^ The kid is definitely at fault because his actions are what instigated this whole mess, but now in my opinion, those who have given him the green light to return to the presence of those who were on his list have only made the situation worse. What made them think that doing such a thing was the right move to make? Were they wanting the matter to be a thing of the past or were they only wanting to keep it alive and kicking?
