What they are doing is importing coal from the USA.

The good deed by the USA -- the other person -- was importing from China.

China imposed coal sanctions a year ago.

A year ago.

They allowed some imports for "livelihood".

Then, IN FEBRUARY, they made the coal import ban total.

In February. After their proxy was murdered.
