How did Infowars come up with the Chinese name, JIankuI, when it is supposedly spelled Jiankui? There is no author named Jiankui listed at Pubmed, so where are any of Jiankui's research papers? Who got the idea to capitalize each i in that name?

Jiankui? JIankuI? Something is fishy in China. It's caution, not wisdom. The oldtimers warned young geneticists early on about their zeal, and CRISPR/Cas9 is no exception: your'e dealing with genomes (including microorganisms' genomes) that is much more sophisticated than CRISPR technology.
