Under no circumstances would the Supreme Court rule that the Tennessee Constitution takes precedence over the US Constitution

They might say that the Supreme Court was wrong in their previous decision which invented Gay Marriage and make the decision that the US Constitution is actually not homoerotic at all.

And what would be wrong about the Supreme Court's previous decision? Remember that the Plessy v. Ferguson decision was overturned by Brown v. Board of Ed because it was proven that the Plessy decision was based on "Separate but equal" and it was PROVEN that separate was NOT equal.

I don't see the "silliness" of this gentleman's move at all. He's just part of the movement to return America to a respect for Normative relations and to eliminate the legal equivalency the libs have set up between LGBTQ "Marriage" and holy matrimony.
