False argument. Lebanon has each and every time given back land to Lebanon that it used as a buffer. Israel and Lebanon had a peace agreement, but syria would not permit it to be ratified. Israel want to secure the flow of water and that it is not contaminated before it reaches the jordan. It down not want Lebanon.
Even hypothetically if it did, it is not for Hezbullah (an iranian puppet) to secure the border. That job belongs only to the Lebanese army. Hezbullah is in violation of the law and using their arms to apply undue pressure politically on Lebanon.
Hezbullah has to relinquish their arms to the army or UN and not threaten Israel, kidnap citizens or soldiers, not fire on civilian cars, etc. It does not matter what Israel does, that is for the Lebanese army, President and PM to address directly with Israel. Hezbullah needs to stick to politics and charity work. They cannot operate as a mini co-government with their own communication, services, police, courts, laws and taxes trying to displace Lebanese government in Hezbullah controlled areas not permitting other parties or government officials who are not members of hezbullah to enter.
