As far as the wall goes, they are building it now as we speak, and got millions to do so. It doesn't matter if it was the money for the 2006 wall that Trump finally got Congress to fork over. Trump finally got the money for wall building and reinforcement. In September he'll get monies for more of the wall, and an improved and extended wall.

So once again, Crying Upchuck Schummer Lied when he said there was no money for any wall building in the budget.

They didn't just get money to repair or replace missing sections, they got money to replace fenced portions of the border with a real wall. They also got money for technology like drones and sensors, and money to hire more border agents.
