The Church of England refused to offer up a definition of a woman, arguing that recent developments required “additional care” when attempting to define the word.

“There is no official definition, which reflects the fact that until fairly recently definitions of this kind were thought to be self-evident, as reflected in the marriage liturgy,” Senior Bishop Rt Rev Robert Innes said when asked to define the word, according to reporting from GB News.

Innes’ remarks came in response to a question posed by lay member Adam Kendry during the General Synod, who asked: “What is the Church of England’s definition of a woman?”

The Bishop argued that the definition of a woman used to be “self-evident” but no longer had a simple answer.

The comments sparked widespread criticism, with GB News personality Calvin Robinson arguing that offering a definition should not be difficult.

“The definition of ‘woman’ is not a complex moral problem,” he said. “It is a scientific and biblical truth. How can you trust someone who cannot speak the truth about such basic facts?”

I guess this Church of England forgot to read Mark 10:4-6.

"And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder."

So where's the definition?

Man arrested for allegedly threatening to bomb Merriam-Webster offices over definition of female

ROSSMOOR, Calif. -- A California man was arrested this week for allegedly threatening to bomb Merriam-Webster's offices and kill its employees over the dictionary publisher's definitions for women, federal prosecutors said.

Jeremy David Hanson, 34, of Rossmoor, Orange County, was charged on April 20 with one count of interstate communication of threats to commit violence for alleged online threats that he sent to the company in October, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts.

Hanson allegedly sent the company several threatening messages through its "Contact us" section on its website and in the comments section on its webpages that corresponded to the word entries for "Girl" and "Woman." Rachael Rollins, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, said. Rollins said the threats were serious enough to force Merriam-Webster to close its Springfield and New York offices out of an abundance of caution.

Woke is another word for stupid or gullible

So where's the definition?

There are many instances in the Bible, where God defines what a woman is. They are defined by their abilities, characteristics and duties.

You're free to read through the Bible and find them.

It's no wonder that over there if a nun wants to have sex she has to dress up like an altar boy.

Yet you were not able to produce one, after insinuating a bible passage contained such a definition.

I'm not your fuckin' preacher, and I don't have the time to sit here and quote Bible scriptures to you.

You want answers, go ask someone who cares.

I'm not trawling a book of fairy stories to find definitions of 'woman' no one will bother citing.

So if one hasn't been in labour one isn't a woman. Ok, that's an interesting concept but a shit definition. That's more what isn't a woman than what is.

And another compelling example of why it's useless to trawl fairy stories for definitions.

Argue against something nobody said always makes your argument weak.
