The swastika is an ancient symbol that can be traced back thousands of years. was commonly used as far back as 1000 BC. Referred to by different names in different societies and it was a symbol of peace and well being. The Swastika is a big symbol in Indo-European faiths, including Hinduism, it's offshoot Buddhism, and European Paganism.

I would disagree with that one, because inside the box, it is sitting flat on it's side. It's not the swastika that is tilted, it's the box the swastika is in. Probably done so it would work with the angles of the rest of the design.
