I personally prefer all of them up there maybe some of the ones in single digits will do so bad they will drop the hell out.

Probably pretty close to that yes Lol. It says those at 2.5-2.9% will be rounded up to 3% and allowed in.So off top of my head

Carson
Fiorina
Bush
Cruz
Rubio
MAYBE Kasich?
The rest I believe wouldn't make it. I believe before this debate at least 2 more drop out I am guessing Graham,Paul,Pataki and or Jindal. At least 2 of those and the other 2 will drop after the debate.
