On CNN's Anderson Cooper show, CNN correspondents described how the White House has been pressuring insurance companies to refrain from taking about the problems Obamacare is having, people's dissatisfaction with it, and generally saying anything negative about it.

How is this NOT a classic example of the government violating people's 1st amendment right to freedom of speech?

CNN: White House Pressuring Insurance Companies to Not Criticize ObamaCare | MRCTV

"Basically, if you speak out, you're going to get a call from the White House, pressuring you to keep quiet".

"They feel defenseless against the White House P.R. team."

"The White House is exerting massive pressure on the industry, including the trade associations, to keep quiet."

"Basically, they fear retribution."

"The Obama administration has no trust in anything the health insurance industry tells them about how to run a health plan. I think the administrative mess we're seeing now is indicative of what happens when somebody tries to run somebody else's business and thinks they are smarter than you are."
