But there is a 2nd indictment with rock solid evidence showing that Trump clearly knew he lost the election and there was no fraud at all because they have the solid testimony from everybody that told Trump they have no evidence of fraud at all. Trump just made up the Big Lie of election fraud because he did not want to cede power. Then Trump illegally tried to steal the election for himself with his half brained fake electors scheme, which has substantial and credible evidence to show he did that. Then they have the audio evidence clearly showing Trump tried to illegally pressure election officials to change or "find" votes, literally reversing a free and fair election because he doesn't like the outcome.
