And of course, no shots were fired, and no one was shot....

A north Texas man with a concealed carry permit is being called a hero by many after he used his gun to save a young woman being beaten by another man inside a parked car.
The whole thing was caught on camera.

The man with the gun, who has not been identified, spotted the abuse occurring when he was in his car and promptly got out and made his way towards the couple. He then forced the man out of his car, holding him at gunpoint until police arrived. Passers by witnessed the intense standoff, and most were unsure as to what exactly was happening.
Police arrived on the scene “seconds” after they were called, according to CBS Local. They soon realized that the man was trying to help, and arrested 28-year-old MacMichael Nwaiwu for assaulting his female passenger. The man with the gun reportedly had a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
