Primary care professionals: MDs, PAs and NPs; were in short supply prior to Obamacare.

The grosses are higher and the overhead is lower going concierge rather than ACA.

ACA requires more primary care providers.

Obviously this is a trainwreck waiting to happen but will it happen here, in Canada or wealthy English speaking countries in general?

Obviously this vacuum will continue to suck primary care providers in until net revenues after-tax +/- hassle equalizes out. That would appear to require a 100% increase in primary care providers.

Patience.

In the fullness of time high school seniors will take mandatory aptitude tests. Those whose scores suggest abilities useful in any medical field will be drafted into government schools and ordered to become doctors/nurses, etc. or at the very least pay a fine annually for every year they don't knw-tow with perhaps mandatory jail time for extreme resisters.

Think it can't happen?

No, Congress would never pass such a thing.

It will come about by Executive Order.

I think the courts would throw that out.

and why do you think the nuclear option was launched by reid and his bandits?
I agree but the supremes decide who they will hear.

with the amount of the cases they DO NOT hear chances are that the decision by a leftard federal judge ( a newest obama apointee) will just stand as it is. SCOTUS hears 1/1000 of the cases and if the federal courts are stuffed by the leftards - this country is done.
