LOL what a dumb ass post. BGC is required of all dealers no matter if they are in a store or at a gun show, Its Fed law. BGC is not required for private transfers in most states no matter if it is a gun show, your home or the street corner.

Perhaps having a clue about what one is speaking on would prevent one from being laughed at and being made to look a fool

Greenland is not a fully independent country.

The chart only includes developed countries, and thus excludes much of the Developing World for obvious reasons. It's also very difficult to get accurate data from somewhere like Bolivia or Russia.
