There are simpler and more effective ways to neuter such judges without making a martyr out of the bozo.

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

If the judge is the type of piece of shit activist leftist we have come to expect, impeachment should be considered.

I don't know how the judge voted, but he is said to be a Republican. So I guess that makes him a Right Wing 'piece of shit activist'.

It is either impeachment or arresting of those known to aid and abet known criminals(radical leftist judges), who allow those to commit murder and rape of US citizens. P.S. If the left continues to call for the overthrow of the government, then it will become time for the armed concerned citizens to use their 2nd amendment rights to prevent the insurrection from happening.
