Some of the more unscrupulous USPS filth (see video) take undeliverable ballots and fill them out for D and drop them in. No harm, no foul. Big stacks if they can find them. No one knows ir cares. Signatures aren’t checked. Courts will cover for the Criminals. All DEM commee criminals.

And you ignore had she signed them for someone else (and you don't know that she did), the signatures wouldn't match and the votes wouldn't be counted.
