Cop Pointing Rifle At Ferguson Protestors: "I Will Fucking Kill You"

Is that what you supported at the Bundy ranch? Federal agents intimidating the ranch occupants with massive force to avoid escalation?

How are the two different?

Oh, Bundy lives in Missouri and was burning down Kwik Trips?

Loons will be loons

Cliven Bundy is a criminal who has been trespassing on land that isn't his for the last 20 years despite multiple court injunctions telling him to get off. Finally the feds sent their gestapo out there to remove him. All you tea party types ran to his defense, some literally with guns slung over their shoulders to stop it. Bundy and the protester on his ranch were called heroes and patriots. The BLM used over zealous force against some of them as well and you were all rightly outraged about it.

Flash forward a year and we have a bunch of protesters in the ghetto taking to the streets. Aside from the few isolated acts of looting and violence, the vast majority of these people have not been threatening or violent and aren't even brandishing weapons the way the Bundy protesters were and these people are getting treated far worse. What's the reaction from the tea party crowd this? They're animals and thugs.

There is a difference between the two, alright. The Bundy people are good ole white folk and the Ferguson people are mostly black.

Remind me again the private property the Bundy group burned down or how they shot each other during their "protests"

Tell me again exactly when the POTUS stepped in and expressed his sorrow to the Bundy's for their loss?

Seriously, you folks require victims, the civil rights industrial complex can't survive without customers can it?

Of course, they don't, but feel free to keep making false claims.
Don't be ridiculous.
Have you heard of disturbing the peace? blocking a sidewalk? blocking traffic? trespassing? violating curfew?..All illegal...You don't understand the first amendment and how it works...but that's fine. You clearly don't want to.

What's to understand? It's pretty clear language;

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".

It does not protect rioters or looters obviously. It does protect law abiding citizens right to protest. It cannot be abridged under the guise of inforcing petty misdemeanors such as "tresspassing" (unless on private property) or "blocking the sidewalk". The reason the anti-federalists insisted on the Bill of Rights was they didn't think the Constitution was clear enough in defending citizens against the power of government. That function should be fundamentally supported by any true conservative.

And I believe the curfew was lifted on the 18th. Looks like this incident happened on the 19th.

According to the ACLU of Missouri, Officer GoFuckYourself has been relieved of duty.

Nice gig if you can get it......

He's been suspended indefinitely.

Meanwhile, a police officer from nearby St. Ann was suspended Wednesday over an incident in which he allegedly pointed an assault rifle at a peaceful protestor after a verbal exchange, officials said. A St. Louis County Police Sergeant forced the officer to lower his weapon, and escorted him away from the area.

He was relieved of duty and placed on indefinite suspension, according to St. Louis County Police spokesman Brian Schellman. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch identified him as Lt. Ray Albers, who has been with that department since 1994.

The Bundy people and supporters didn't ride into Las Vegas and riot and smash and burn stores. They also never took a shot at cops or threw burning bottles at them.

Kinda different. I don't agree with the Bundy crowd but they didn't act like this.

Go ahead and continue to lie about what's happening. As has been pointed out to you and others repeatedly, the vast majority of these people protesting have engaged in no such violent acts, but I guess you acknowledging the truth pretty much destroys your authoritarian argument.

The pig should be in jail on felony charges. I hope the person who filmed that video pursues criminal charges against that bald headed thug.

There is already another post on this. Good stuff. I love it when the police state gets caught red handed. The cop should be prosecuted. That, of course, won't happen.

Don't deflect.

Show where there were violent confrontations.

Show where the " tea party types" burned property that had nothing to do with the problem

Show where the tea party types shit each other trying to ransack the local town

Here's a clue, cuze you're kinda dense. Ones a protest, the others a riot.

So according to Smed, I cannot restrict anyone from assembling in my living room!

Additionally, protestors can block non protestors from accessing and moving along a public sidewalk.

What a country aye smed?

There are no riots and burning property where these people are protesting, but you already know that. The fact of the matter is you're incapable of making your argument without being truthful. I'm not going to waste my time continuing to do a round robin with you. If you wish to be dishonest and dishonorable then that's your choice.

Bull, the destruction and abuse occurred in varied locations. The police were tasked with keeping it from happening.

Now show me a single riot that broke out by the tea party types.

Did you miss the "private property" acception Pops? If someone tries to assemble in your living room you can probably legally shoot them. In some jurisdictions at least.

pretty interesting video, reports say that the cop was taken out of service .
