Multiple California school districts have discussed using state and federal COVID relief money to hand out bonuses for teachers and staff, with one district even suggesting the money be used for a trip to Hawaii.

When I read stories like this I laugh to myself at all the arguments I've had over the years on the subject of whether teachers are "professionals" or not. When it's time to negotiate salaries they demand to be considered "professionals," but in every other imaginable way, they are nothing more than union slugs. Don't ask them to do anything out of the ordinary because you know what the answer will be.

Astrazeneca was just stopped in Germany due to people getting blood clots. The other two, Phizer and Moderna, are showing thousands dying from the shot and hundreds of thousands with severe reactions. And now states are dancing with joy and profitting from the deaths and injuries from these vaccines and sending their employees off on vacations.

This is how Dem politicians purchase public employee union votes, with our tax dollars. This is why most of that 'shovel ready jobs' money was siphoned right into the public employee union coffers.
