Crime Is Nonpartisan Cities and states run by Republicans do not actually have less crime.

I work at a prison and I know plenty of Trump loving inmates. They tend to be white though.
Sure, they exist, but that doesn't negate the fact that the overwhelming majority of felons are Democrats.

Their families may identify as Democrats. A lot of inmates can barely read and write, and a surprising amount are outright illiterate. I doubt most of them would vote even if they could. It'd be all the ex-military Trump supporter convicts that go vote.

The dudes you're talking about are self-destructive and ignorant. They don't care about politics. They care about money, drugs and women, usually in that order. If you're worried about a bunch of politically motivated murderers and drug dealers, you're probably worried about nothing.

Crime Is Nonpartisan

In The5thHorseman's continuing series " Field Dressing Shibboleths", we have covered such diverse topics as fiscal policy, the Crisis on the Border, inflation, and various fashypathologies. We will now examine another seminal, and equally risible, Article of Reactionary Faith - specifically Party control & Crime.

“Republican-run cities are doing very nicely because they arrest people when you have crimes,” Donald Trump told Tucker Carlson last week.

“The cities and these left-wing states allowing criminals to run wild on our streets, that doesn’t work,” Ron DeSantis, Florida’s governor, said in March, citing New York in particular.

But party rule does not drive crime. Consider DeSantis’s state, Florida. Its homicide rate was roughly 50 percent higher than New York’s in 2021. Florida’s two most populous cities, Jacksonville and Miami, each had a homicide rate more than double New York City’s last year, even though both had Republican mayors

please note, this ISN'T about Crime, or cities, or gardening...it is about the corrosive effects of Big Lies.
we are soft on crime too.

The big lie is here in your OP.

First you claim crime is NOT higher in red states or cities then you massively fail to prove this point by citing stats which are a false equivelance

Read it again.
You absolutely failed by posting a statistic which does not support your op claim.

You posted informastion about homocide which is only one small part of all crime thus your entire thread OP and claim is resting on a fallacy which makes it a FAILURE

And a lie

Read it again and deal with fact that you have failed

I gave you your chance.

You proved you cannot read.
I proved YOU cannot read and are lying.

Once again how does comparing ONE narrow type of crime prove any thhing about crime IN GENERAL between states???

Answer

Do you underastand false equivelancy because that is what \you posted which in turn destroys your claim
