Each ballot is numbered, and if the images have duplicate numbers, then it's enough evidence to prove they were scanning a ballot multiple times, and every image needs to be examined.

It's already been investigated and cleared. What is this? About the 40th claim of fraud by you yahoos with 100% of them being utterly debunked.
