They white out the bar code and it can be put through again an again. Plus all those boxes of ballots along the wall that were said to be from the primary which was also a farce.

Ballot counters do more than count, they actually scan the ballot itself just like your home scanner, and stores a photo image of every ballot. Each ballot is numbered, and if the images have duplicate numbers, then it's enough evidence to prove they were scanning a ballot multiple times, and every image needs to be examined.
