Obama had one of his Hawaiian judges get him out.

This isn't right---his ass should be locked up.

Why doesn't the mayor and DA in Chicago just exonerate Jussie and cut him a huge settlement check to cover for the inconvenience?

You know that's what they want to do, Jussie is very well politically connected. Ending the case like this would give the liberal elite a huge injection of endorphins as they would think they got something over on the Deplorables.

They could use as justification the idea that if it was a white person making a frivolous claim, they wouldn't have even investigated much less charge them if something was found. Further, Mr. Smollett's report was a public service as it raised awareness of homophobic and racist Maga-country gangs harassing black she-males in our inner cities.

because he is guilty. the let him out pending an appeal so he wont have already get time served by the end of the appeal. he will go back in.

Dude is skittish that's for sure. Given his sexual preference, one would think that he would approach prison as an opportunity.
