Does anybody think we should rely on the stodgy old CIA in the age of information? The CIA is a bureaucracy that employs civil service bureaucrats while the cyber experts in the U.S. are making real money. Foreign governments probably recruit cyber experts that make the CIA look like an amateur operation.
