The IRS has a different regulation regarding 501cs then the law.
The two haven't been comported. The IRS actually broke the law giving the Tea Party 501c status.
Maybe you could quote the law that says they broke the law, or provide a link that proves your assertions, or maybe you could just STFU.

I think he is satisfied that this "scandal" is not a scandal that involves the President or his administration. I thinks he was referring to tht aspect of the investigation when he said what he said.
