They lie constantly because if they didn't they would be shunned as the ignorant loons they are.

Take out the inner city poverty plantation gangsta gun violence & most gun homicides are rare.

Including both teenagers plus 18-19 young adults as "children" is the slight-of-hand trick they use to spread their lies & have them amplified by Pravda.

The vast majority of the deaths they are talking about is criminal violence among the youth & those people aren't turning in their guns either
