So anyone sees the Impeachment Trial questions getting resolved. Loser Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell refusing to take the Constitutional Oath, Speaker Pelosi contending for a Fair Trial, Senate Democrats now contending on behalf of the new evidence that needs to connect-the-dots in the Trial.

Trump resigns. The dots are connectable.

That is all the Congress of the United States, in its entirely, needs!

Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Many can say, "It was a good day to die.!")

If Trump has been impeached, the Senate is constitutionally required to hold a trial.
The house has no constitutional authority to inhibit this, and the house has no constitutionally mandated role in said trial.
If Trump has NOT been impeached... well, the Democrats, their accomplices in the MSM and all the liberals on this board - including you - have been lying to everyone.

Which is it?

You have to ask the question or was it rhetorical? Look at the last statement- you make it sound like there is the possibility of a liberal being honest! We know that cannot happen because truth requires absolute facts and liberals don’t like anything the be absolute. Lol.

I kinda do - they want to talk out both sides of their ass, so I'd like them to pick one side or the other.

The Republicans want the trial or they do not.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(GOP prays for Matt 25: 14-30, clearly without exception: "Thy Kingdom Come. . ." probably in some twat(?)!"

The Senate can set whatever trial date it wants, and of the Democrats do not show up, they will vote to dismiss and that will end it.
My bet is January 28.

So, has Trump been impeached or not?
If so, why does it matter what the Democrats in the house want?
