They all have supported the wall at one time or another. This is the trick. When Congress has a Law that they don't like they vote FOR it. This way they can tell the supporters back home they voted FOR it. Now comes the TRICK, when it comes to the floor they vote FOR it but do not FUND it. Therefore they get to go on record as voting for the bill. The funding bill is shot down my VOICE vote. Come election time they go home and if asked about a Law they can say they voted for it but someone, mostly the other party did not let it pass. That is how they lie.

But what you say is true . They had an agreement for funding just last month . Bad trump backed out .
