I previously posted that I support the same thing - the churches should decide that issue for themselves.
I just don't see what being a cop (or not being a cop) has to do with anything. They should respect the decision of their church and do what that church decides just like everyone else in the church - why is that even a question?
Most cops are armed 24/7, with at a least a small ankle gun, a .32 or maybe a .38. Honestly though, my position on the matter is that the congregation should decide for itself, and its votaries should respect the will of the parish, temple, mosque, etc. Not exactly rocket science.What if you're a cop?
