I see Biden going around the Penn, probably because he needs to keep the Trump lead close so that people can't say "Trump is ahead by 1 million and there are only 500,000 votes not counted, so why aren't you conceding".

They want it to be close so that, like LBJ, a box of ballots can be found (I think it was 202 for him, 1 for his opponent) to put Biden over the top. If Trump runs away, no crooked activities can occur. I hope Trump has his lawyers and heavies ready for this.

The Miami-Dade state attorney’s office accused Tomika Curgil, 33, of filling out forms for five people without their consent. She also submitted at least 15 forms for people who apparently don’t exist — and several forms for people who are dead."
