comey said there was no indication that her server was hacked, so...is what Wikileaks has as her emails, from the emails that were released already on FOIA requests or are these wikileaks emails from them hacking her and Comey was wrong?

Hillary's own IT specialist admitted he had to completely shut down her server on 2 occasions because her server was being hacked and the only way he could stop it was to completely shut it down. It was never proven if he did so before any of her files were accessed.
-- 2ndly, the FBI stated her use of multiple UN-ENCRYPTED devices made it quite probably that she was hacked. The moment she stepped off the plane in foreign countries their operatives were already trying to hack into / tap into / 'listen' to those devices. (Ever heard of 'SIGINT' - 'signals intelligence'?)
-- The news reported that the Hillary Campaign's computer was hacked into and her files accessed AFTER the FBI warned that they believed someone / the Russians might try to hack into the DNC's servers / files, which they did.

2. Yes, Hillary did release SOME of her State Department-related files....but as Comey testified under oath:

GOWDY: 'Hillary Clinton stated she had turned over all of her State Department-related documents - was that true?'

COMEY: 'No that was not true. We found THOUSANDS of State Department-related documents Ms. Clinton never turned over.'

Comey said the FBI investigators found no indication that her server was hacked in to. Now the FBI investigators are the best our Nation has with this kind of stuff, and they could find no hacking breaches...that's as good as you can get. Could there be hackers better than them...with leaving no trail what so ever that they hacked the server, while ALL OTHER hacks they were successful with they Left A Trail?

In at least 1 case (below) you appear to be PARTIALLY correct. While the FBI did not find direct evidence that foreign hackers gained access to HER private servers the FBI DID find direct evidence to conclude foreign 'hostile actors' DID gain access to her e-mails, which contained SECRET / TOP SECRET information, that she was most definitely sending to and receiving from others.

not really, the emails are from after the time this scientist had already succumbed to the Iranians black mail and asked to go home....So his wife and kid would not be killed.

So the Iranians knew already that he was a spy.

And her server was a Secure Server, it was just an UNCLASSIFIED s server, just like all of her aides using the State.gov email system, which was ALSO an UNCLASSIFIED system.

I have linked to the State.gov server that she was suppose to use for email was the govt UNCLASSIFIED email system a thousand times in these threads to you. The emails sent to her from her aides and workers were from the State dept State.Gov UNCLASSIFIED email system.

She testified that she turned over her govt related emails from her server....AND she did, she did not lie about that...Comey said she did NOT lie to them....

What she said was the TRUTH as far as she knew...Comey said they did find thousands of other emails that were incomplete in the servers file from when they upgraded and transferred files to the new servers..... THAT was not a LIE from her, there is no way she could know email files would be damaged on an upgrade transfer.... and nothing nefarious in the emails THEY managed to recapture was found...So no reason for someone to lie.

The FBI could not find direct evidence that her server was hacked - doesn't mean it wasn't.

Blackberry? NO. Her SECRET/TOP SECRET-filled e-mails she was sending / receiving on her MULTIPLE, unencrypted unauthorized devices were hacked. The whole reason she was issued an ENCRYPTED blackberry was so that these foreign countries could NOT get access to all this information. She instead jeopardized national security by using other MULTIPLE devices she claimed she did not have / use...until the FBI proved that to be a lie.

Being 'often confused', as Huma wrote in one e-mail, Hillary couldn't figure out how to use multiple e-mail accounts on one phone, so she used MULTIPLE. This inability to understand and operate technology, resulting in her jeopardizing national security, is part of the argument for why she should not be President.

FBI did not say that it was hacked. Your assumption is only an assumption, and since you are a liar, there is no issue.

1. The FBI actually did say it in response to a question regarding Hillary using multiple devices in foreign countries. They also said that her e-mails have been hacked, from the servers/devices to whom she sent the classified messages.

2. Do you know how foreign Intelligence operates? The FBI explained that the moment a diplomat's plane, like Hillary' touches down there are intel agencies listening to her devices, trying to hack into them, and obtain as much info as possible. They explained that if she was using a private un-encrypted device it is almost a guarantee those devices were hacked.
