Without oil in the manufacturing process, we wouldnt have anything that we have from nuts and bolts, household cleaners and appliances, ELECTRIC CARS, food on the table for millions of people etc etc.. let alone heating for homes and cheap energy which has made many Americans successful , including most Liberals who are wealthy.

They don't really want oil companies to go away, they demand oil companies to give them the things they want... but not the things liberals then decide they don't want. They want Oil companies to be successful enough to stick around, but in line with their Commie philosophy they would need to be controlled and limited to some line that only the Democrats can determine. Of course without pushback they would turn the U.S. economy into something like that of Russia if they only had enough time.
