The dems pulled the EAGLE act, lack of support. I guess they can always attach it to the "must pass or we'll die omnibus bill of the week". Reason for bill? Backlog, too many people coming across, not enough green cards. This is like handing out pre approved plea deals because there's too many people in court, another thing that seems to be catching on.
