It’s certainly true that that particular polio vaccine causes polio. I researched this years ago and believe the evidence proves it to be true. Whether it’s being used on Gazans, I don’t know. It wouldn’t surprise us though, would it?

No, it wouldn't at all. I just looked it up, and apparently it's in the works. But the part I found hard to believe is that the WHO (or whoever is behind that vaccine) can get away with giving it out, if it's true that it causes the very thing it's supposed to solve, especially in places with poor sanitation and plumbing.
